I absolutely adore this app and the valuable insights it provides about my sleep. It has significantly aided me in enhancing my sleep patterns and has made me more conscious of its quality. However, there is one aspect that I truly wish could be improved - the app currently lacks the functionality to update the alarm once it has gone off, only allowing for its disabling.

I recently purchased the Premium subscription from Sleep Cycle in order to monitor my sleep using my Apple Watch Series 7. Unfortunately, after making the purchase, I encountered an issue where the app fails to open and force closes repeatedly, preventing it from starting up.

I attempted various troubleshooting steps such as turning my Apple Watch off and on, restarting the device, and reinstalling the app. However, the problem persists. I kindly request that you address this issue promptly or provide a refund for my purchase.

Canceling the subscription is absolutely impossible. Every time I attempt to do so, I am met with the frustrating message, "An error has occurred." I have made multiple attempts to cancel it using different devices, various home Wi-Fi networks, and even mobile internet. Now, I am left with no choice but to compose an email to the support team in order to finally cancel the subscription. These scammers are truly infuriating!

I don't understand why all my friends insisted on recommending this app to me. Personally, I didn't find it useful, but considering how satisfied other people are with using it, I think the problem might lie with me. Perhaps I am doing something wrong?

I would not recommend activating this app as it is quite challenging to avoid the $50 payment. Terminating the trial period is also quite difficult, which seems intentional to trap users. While the app is enjoyable, it lacks significant value, especially considering its high price. Personally, I prefer purchasing an app and upgrading to the premium version if I enjoy it, rather than being automatically enrolled after 30 days and charged $50 annually.
